Outcomes
Select the best-fit Software as a Service (SaaS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solution within our budget constraints which meets USask requirements related to:
- Technology: integration options, configurable and flexible, enterprise architecture fit, security and privacy
- Capabilities: to support administrative functions in Human Resources, Finance and Procurement, including, but not limited to, hiring and onboarding, position management, time-tracking, absence management, budgeting and forecasting, reporting and reconciliation, purchasing, spend management, strategic sourcing, competitive bids and payment
- Usability: easy for end-users and administrative business users
- Vendor relationship and solution management: client success and support model, roadmap, sustainability, SLAs, uptime, robust user community, upgrade paths, documentation, training and resources
Holistically establish the implementation team to enable business transformation, comprised of:
- Implementation partner: a qualified implementation partner with depth of experience in higher education to lead the service renewal in alignment with USask objectives.
- Key implementation roles to include functional leads and technical teams which may be resourced though internal USask secondments, partial assignments, new hires, or consultants.
