Role
The Campus Operations portfolio is led by the associate vice-president Campus Operations, who oversees the organizational effectiveness of: the planning, design, construction, operations and maintenance of university buildings, utilities and spaces; institutional real estate and leasing; protective services; consumer services (retail, culinary, student residences) parking and; enterprise procurement - ensuring that procurement processes, policies and activities are designed and conducted in a fair, open, and transparent manner.
The associate vice Campus Operations is accountable for the development of innovative and best-practice solutions that support converting strategic plans into operational outcomes through the execution of service delivery across the portfolio.
The Campus Operations team is collaborative, service-oriented, responsive, and helps to develop and promote the university as a positive, safe, diverse, and inclusive work and learning environment.
